A place that invites you to feel good. The hostess Carolin took over the business from her parents and always keeps in close contact with the guests. She runs the business together with her husband Michael – they complement each other perfectly and share the work. They are always ready to hear any and all your concerns, but when it comes to technical matters, Michael is your man.

Who else can you meet on while you are there: the hosts’ two children. When he’s not riding his downhill bike, Damian likes to play with the guests’ children. And Lorena is the animal lover of the house. Thanks to her powers of persuasion, there are now some bunnies living in the garden – if you fancy some snuggles and cuddles, it’s best to speak with her.

Hungry? The pizzeria “Tempele” is only a few minutes away. In addition to pizza, you will also find South Tyrolean and Italian dishes and delicious desserts here. Easy to reach in summer over the cycle path in the direction of Lienz – you can use the same path on foot, which is a walk of about 15 minutes.
If you would like to buy a little something, you can find a supermarket in the village. There you will find groceries, household goods as well as cheese and meat. You can reach it in only 5 minutes.
Fancy a little more? Exciting and varied: the pedestrian zone in Innichen with its boutiques and shops invites you to take a relaxed stroll. Lovers of culinary delights will find inns, restaurants and bars drop in at.
Fun and games: Right opposite our holiday apartments is a large public playground – with slides, swings and plenty of space to romp around. Some of the apartments have balconies that mean you can always keep an eye on the little ones.
Or simply do nothing and spend the day relaxing in your holiday home. Relax with the best views from the loungers in the garden, barbecue evenings together or an exciting game of table tennis. A wonderful time-out for young andm old.

Mobile through the winter: Our guests receive the Holidaypass in winter free of charge. That allows guests to use all public transport in South Tyrol – including the ski bus. Practical, environmentally friendly and free of charge.
Water fun for everyone: Admission to the Alpine adventure pool Acquafun Innichen is available to our guests at a reduced price. There you will find a large swimming pool, a 75 m long water slide, a non-swimmer pool and a baby pool. The swimming pool can be reached in just 10 minutes by car or bus.

- Cancellation policy In case of no-show, the deposit of 30% of the total amount will be retained. In the event of early departure or late arrival, the full amount will be charged.
